About Charalampos
I am a professional ballet dancer; I was born in Greece and I also spent a considerable time in the UK. I have been cooking for myself for the last two years, focusing on making quick, easy and healthy recipes, but also more time consuming recipes. As a dancer, I consider myself an athlete, therefore making food from scratch, eliminating the preservatives is a really important aspect in my cooking.

I am an amateur cook, but with a big passion for it. I have learned most things through watching cooking shows, and from my mother, whose cuisine is very Mediterranean. My teaching method is through webcam, showing the recipe first and explaining the key points, and recreating it with my student at the same time. I like my students to have a notepad, in order to take quick notes of key points for each recipe/
