About Nompumelelo
I teach English by day and train bodies by evening because I believe a strong voice and a strong body change the same thing, confidence. I am obsessed with helping people stand taller in both. I was once too shy to speak English in public, and too out of shape to run 1 km. Teaching and training taught me that progress starts with 1 brave sentence and 1 brave step. That’s why I’m here to coach you through both.
