About Anna
I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Guitar Performance after developing a strong interest in live music, songwriting, and instrumental expression during my early years as a musician. Over the past 6 years, I have taught students with different musical interests and experience levels, helping them strengthen both technical ability and creative confidence. Teaching guitar has become one of the most meaningful parts of my musical career because I enjoy helping learners express themselves through music naturally.
My teaching approach combines structure, patience, and creativity. Some students prefer detailed technical instruction, while others respond better to experimentation and musical storytelling. I adapt lessons carefully to match each learner’s personality and goals. Along with technical development, I help students improve rhythm awareness, listening skills, improvisation confidence, and expressive playing. I believe students improve best when they feel relaxed, motivated, and supported consistently.
Outside teaching, I continue practicing guitar, exploring different music styles, and working on personal creative projects that keep my musical ideas fresh. Music continues to inspire me because it allows people to communicate emotion and creativity in powerful ways. One of my favorite parts of teaching is seeing students become more confident performers and independent musicians over time. Helping learners enjoy music while building lasting skills remains deeply rewarding for me.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students build confidence while enjoying the process of learning music. I teach chord transitions, rhythm practice, finger exercises, tone control, solo phrasing, and strumming techniques through engaging and practical lessons. Students also explore bending, vibrato, timing control, and musical expression in ways that feel approachable and motivating. I use real song examples, storytelling, and creative exercises to keep lessons enjoyable and easy to understand. Every lesson encourages steady progress without unnecessary pressure.
Beginners start with posture, tuning, chord shapes, and simple rhythm patterns. Intermediate learners improve fingerstyle control, improvisation, timing accuracy, and smoother transitions between techniques. Advanced students work on stage confidence, expressive phrasing, advanced solo work, and stronger musical interpretation. I adjust lesson pacing carefully so learners feel challenged while still remaining comfortable and encouraged. Students are supported through clear explanations and regular practice guidance.
Music should feel expressive and personal for every learner. I create a positive environment where mistakes are treated as valuable learning opportunities instead of failures. Many students become more creative, relaxed, and confident as their playing develops over time. My goal is to help students build strong guitar skills while also enjoying the emotional connection that music can create. Lessons remain supportive, practical, and motivating throughout the learning journey.
