About Ember
I am a guitar tutor with 6 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Guitar Studies. My journey in music began with a strong interest in rhythm-based instruments and live acoustic performance, which led me to formal guitar training.
I have worked with students from beginner to intermediate levels, helping them build confidence and strong fundamentals step by step. My teaching approach is structured, supportive, and easy to understand. I always adapt lessons based on each student’s pace.
Outside teaching, I enjoy songwriting, acoustic performances, and exploring different guitar styles. This keeps my lessons fresh and practical. My goal is to help students become confident and expressive guitar players.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students build strong rhythm sense, clean technique, and musical confidence through structured and practical learning. I guide learners through chords, strumming patterns, picking techniques, scales, and basic improvisation in a simple step-by-step way. Each concept is explained clearly so students can follow without confusion.
I include structured practice such as chord transitions, rhythm drills, and song-based learning. Students are encouraged to practice regularly because repetition builds timing, strength, and accuracy. I also provide supportive correction so learners feel confident while improving. Every lesson is adjusted to match individual progress.
As students advance, I introduce fingerstyle techniques, solo playing, and expressive musical phrasing. I help them explore different musical styles so they can build their own sound. Over time, students gain confidence in performing, creating music, and playing with expression naturally.
