About Thomas
I have been playing guitar for 3 years and have learned the techniques of many different genres. Guitar is my primary instrument, and I specifically enjoy playing Blues, Rock, Folk, and Country. I am currently enrolled at Berklee College of Music and pursuing a degree in General Music Studies. I’ve always enjoyed giving guitar lessons in the past to friends who have shown interest in the instrument. Guitar is my favorite thing in the world to do and it means so much to me to be able to share that joy with others.

My teaching method is to ensure the student is genuinely enjoying what they are learning. I like to let them take the ropes and explain to me what they most want to learn, instead of me boring them with knowledge that they might not be interested in. Learning can be fun, and a lot of times progress is made faster when the subject engages the student’s interests. I can teach using both acoustic and electric guitar and I’m willing to help students with anything they desire to learn, from basic playing techniques to music theory and beyond. I also can teach any song, from simple cowboy chord strumming, to Jimi Hendrix solos.

I thought that I already knew everything I needed to know about playing the guitar but then I met Thomas. I was already a well established player but he took what I knew and brought it to another level. He’s great with both beginners and intermediate players alike and I couldn’t recommend a better teacher than Thomas.
Extremely knowledgeable in this subject. Can play, learn, and master any song he puts his mind too. Has worked endlessly from the ground up and can bring anyone value at any given experience level!
