About Jacob
Initially, I found algebra quite challenging, but my school introduced me to strategies that made the subject much more approachable and enjoyable. With their guidance, I discovered the value of using clear, effective methods that laid a strong foundation, helping me progress smoothly through algebra and eventually A-Level Maths. I now apply these same methods in my teaching, where students will realize that the techniques we use at the beginning are not only fundamental but are also used later on in more challenging methods, making them much easier than they might have seemed at first. My aim, is not to be be too complicated when teaching therefore mathematical terms will not be brought up if a student does know them or want to know them. It is simply their choice.
