About Jimena
Harp, harp, harp.
It is fun to stop to think and realise that I have heard that word every day for more than 15 years. But to my surprise I have now embarked on the adventure of being a harpist and now to be able to move everyone who hears me play.
I adore this instrument like few things in my life, and nothing makes me happier than being able to share and inspire that sentiment with others. It is not my goal to make a student a teacher, but a lover of what he does. When you love what you do, you enjoy practicing, learning, working. And it is only when you enjoy it, when you end up mastering something for real.

It's been around 15 years since I started playing the harp, and I couldn't be more thankful for making such decision in my life. Now that I am currently finishing my Bachelor of Music, guiding other people through the aspects of learning harp technique and interpretation is one of my biggest joys in life.
My method is aimed at all levels, and the class will fully depend on the student's wants and needs: whether you just want to soothe your soul by playing beautiful tunes to yourself or master the technique and become the next Harpo Marx, you do you! I will help you fall even further for this incredible instrument.
Also! Though I have mainly studied classical music, I love learning and studying modern music just as much, so we will play everything and anything you want!

Details
My rates are fixed to an international standard based on average price of music lessons worldwide. I can adjust these prices to be lowered based on location (e.g. I would be more open to lower the rates for students in Southern Europe than for those of Middle/Northern Europe or the UK). This way, prices could range from 25-35€ per hour
