About Katherine
I have been learning the harp for over 20 years. My journey started at 4 years old, when my mother, a professional harpist herself, taught me to play the harp.
Since then, I’ve been on many stages across Singapore, performing at events, hotels, and restaurants.
As a teacher, I hope to guide students to succeed in their own harp-performing journey.

My lessons will equip the student with a good foundation in plucking harp strings and a sense of musicality to eventually improvise their favourite pop tunes on the harp.
The differentiating factor about my lessons from other harp lessons in Singapore is that it focuses on pop music. My lessons do not follow classical curriculum (e.g ABRSM exam oriented). My lessons are only for pop music because I mostly only play pop music on the harp and I enjoy it thoroughly.
