About Harsh
For me I always find difficult to understand the way of teaching so I used to learn everything by my own and always try to make things as simple as it should be. Means if you want to learnto solve some questions in maths then you have to follow some thought process to get the answers.. so what I belive is it's good to know proper theory and all but after get to know about theory you should know more about problem solving.

So, what I believe is maths is not that hard if you learn it in good manner and with proper methods. It's always preferable to learn the thoughts process you need to complete some problems not the theory. That's why I always focus on teaching the ways of solving problems and not all theorical stuff.
