About Emily
I am a pediatrics-medical genetics resident physician. I graduated magna cum laude with Highest Honors in Human Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University and proceeded to pursue my M.D./Ph.D. from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. I have over 10 years experience in tutoring, and love to share my knowledge of science and mathematics and help students achieve their educational goals in mastering these areas.

I provide individualized, focused teaching sessions to help you achieve your educational goals. In general, sessions generally consist of: 1) setting agenda for the day; 2) reviewing any prior homework and/or topics requiring additional review from prior sessions; 3) learning new material; and 4) setting up goals for the next session. I am comfortable teaching math and science from grades K (kindergarden) thru university (graduate school) level and tutoring individuals in medical exam prep (MCAT, USMLE Step 1-3).
