About Eliana
Pleasure! I'm Eliana, born in Argentina, living in Rio for a few years. Since 2020 I am Ayurveda Therapist as well as a Yoga practitioner and Instructor (200h) with a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism. I teach both online and in person for groups or individuals. My classes are for all types of levels: beginners, intermediate, advanced. My focus is to stimulate you into self-awareness with your breath and your body, both at the beginning, during and at the end of the class. Classes between 60 and 90 minutes.

The styles of Yoga I teach are: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra, Yoga therapy for pregnant women, children as well as Best Age (adults: Yoga in the chair). The yoga style of the classes will depend on what your body needs at the moment: for example, maybe you are an active person and you want to do Vinyasa Yoga which is more dynamic, but your body is currently in need of a Yin Yoga to relax in instead of a Yoga with the characteristics of Vinyasa. For this I use the ancestral knowledge of Ayurveda, to determine the biotypes (doshas) in current imbalance to try to balance with the practices of Yoga.

Por qué, es una gran profesora, la cual es muy organizada, apasionada, paciente, y aunque no la trates por mucho tiempo puede dejar huella en ti, ad más es buena onda.
Con Eliana vivencie mi primer acercamiento al yoga, una muy buena experiencia, siempre genero un espacio donde su acompañamiento fue constante y preciso para cada movimiento, compartí mis prácticas de gimnasia que permitió que sea más fluidas las clases, siempre me generó confianza en los encuentros. Eliana da clases de yoga muy padres! Se preocupa mucho por que estés bien. Son dinámicas y de acuerdo a las necesidades. La súper recomiendo!
