About Mirolyuba
Having accomplished my 200 hours Teacher Training in The Yoga Sanctuary, I am a qualified living yoga teacher with 4 years of experience with the practice. I have taught classes to small groups and individuals and have seen profound changes in my students.

My teaching method is The Living Yoga Method as taught by the Yoga Sanctuary in Southampton. It's a hatha yoga flow that begins with breath work to prepare and relax the body. This is followed by the posture practice that lasts between 35 and 40 minutes. The flow finishes with relaxation and breathing exercises.
