About Esha
I am a yoga teacher with 4 years of teaching experience and a Master's degree in Yoga. I have completed 900 hours of Advanced Teacher Training (ATTC) from The Yoga Institute and hold a YCB Level 3 certification.
Over the years, I have worked with 20+ students through personalized sessions, helping them develop a yoga practice suited to their individual needs and goals.
Alongside teaching Hatha Yoga, I continue to deepen my own practice and currently practice Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore. This ongoing personal practice helps me stay curious, grounded and connected to the learning process.
As a teacher, I am calm, patient, gentle and non-judgmental. I believe yoga is a practice of developing awareness rather than striving for perfection, and I try to create a space where every student can practice comfortably and at their own pace.

My approach to teaching is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, with a focus on alignment, mindfulness, awareness and adapting the practice to each student's individual needs.
A typical class begins with a few moments of settling in and bringing awareness to the breath and body, followed by gentle warm-ups, asana practice, and a gradual cool-down. We finish with relaxation or a short meditation to help integrate the practice.
Pranayama is incorporated when appropriate based on the student's goals and practice.
I offer personalized one-on-one sessions as well as group classes. Sessions are suitable for beginners, working professionals, and students looking to explore yoga for general wellbeing, Pranayama practice or a more therapeutic approach.
Each practice is adapted to the student's experience, comfort and goals. My aim is to create a calm, supportive and non-judgmental space where students can develop greater awareness of their body and breath and build a sustainable yoga practice.
Trial classes are available for those who would like to experience the approach before committing to regular sessions.
