My Bachelor's degree is in computer Science and Mathematics. I tutored off and on at Sacred Heart University for a period of over 10 years when I lived in Connecticut. Normally, I had one or two students at a time. My full time job is in the Information Technology field.

I tutored college level math and used the student's textbook as my guide to explain things. In order to make sure that I covered the material the same way as the class, I explained the subject the same way the textbook did - using examples from the textbook.
