I have retired as Professor and Dean ,Pilani, Rajasthan from a very reputed University .I did Master's degree in Economics duel with MMS ( Master of Management Science) from BITS, Pilani in 1978.I am a registered ELT from Cambridge University.I have over 36 years of experience in teaching.

I teach spoken english in a unique method , which I call " MIND AND SPEECH COORDINATION TECHNIQUE". In this method the basis of learning is picturisation of a fantasy story which I tell and student remember the entire story within a very short time and make them repeat the story. I then teach grammar to enable students to construct sentences correctly.My teaching further goes with extempore, impromptu method of speaking.Vocabulary building etc. are part of my teaching method.
