About Giulia
I am an enthusiastic Italian fitness instructor for 4 years: D Full of energy, I never get tired. I have been studying nutrition and specific diet plans suitable for any age for 5 years and to adapt them to any lifestyle. Breathing and meditation are, for me, fundamental points to start a good path together so start breathing well and relax, everything will go as it has to go, here I wait for you!

My teaching method is focused on learning different strategies to achieve a psycho-physical balance appropriate to your demands. A mix between positive energy and relaxation that can offer you breathing, good nutrition and physical activity. My classes are for adults and children of any age it is never too late to learn: D I am a determined person so until you have achieved the goal, I do not leave you alone!
