About Oumaima
Oumaima Tounchibine is a Moroccan-based economist, auditor, management
controller and supply chain management specialist. She holds a master’s degree in
management, audit and financial control. She was a Fellow at the Division of
Administration of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa in Supply
Chain Management Section. Oumaima has spent two years working extensively
with IIBF as Graduate Research Assistant for Fundamental Research Grant
Scheme (FRGS) Entitled "Humanitarian Sukuk: Developing an Alternative
Financial Tool in Addressing Refugee Crisis". Simultaneously, she is also doing her
PhD in economic science in Ibn Tofail University. In 2017 and 2019, Oumaima has
guided tutorials on Microeconomics Module of the Economics and Management
Branch. She also did end-of-degree internship at international company “Renault
Group” in the division of quality management where she had the opportunity to
develop her knowledge of quality management and management control. She had
also the opportunity to practice her knowledge in a big national company “Super
Cerame” in Purchase Service logistics department and warehouse spare parts
logistics department. During her PhD in Malaysia, she won the best paper award in
Network for Education and Research on Peace and Sustainability (NERPS)
Hiroshima University Japan. The paper discusses the impact of refugees on economic growth in Malaysia by using the method of the Autoregressive Distributed
Lag (ARDL). While on the fellowship, Oumaima has joined the supply chain
management section to focus on the thematic areas relating to procurement,
Property management, shipping, and contract management.

Use my own and personal approach of teaching with my student by giving an attractive overview of any lesson and after will go troughly to explain any details for the students. Try to ask some questions during the explaination to know indirectly if the student concentrated with me or not in order to change the way immediately to attract her or his intentions
