About Keabetswe
Before I got married recently and moved from my hometown I used to help a lot of students from Primary and Secondary school with their homework and school assignments. I love helping out, it is in my nature to help someone in need. I am interested in helping students pass their grades it makes me happy. I am a graduate in Accounting and Financial Computing today because I also had people who took out their time to help me. I just want students to know that if you do not understand something asking for help is not a sign of weakness and you are not dumb, the are people who are willing to help you.

My teaching method for Primary School kids is first of all understanding why the student is finding it difficult to understand their work and then use what they love to help them understand. For example, lets say Thabo likes cars and does not understand division. Lets say the equation we have is 20/5 I will give Thabo 20 cars and ask him to park 5 cars in one row, another in the next row etc untill all the 20 cars have been parked in different rows. After that I will ask him to count all the cars (20cars), and then ask him to count how many cars are there in each row (5 cars) and then after ask him how many rows did we park the cars (4 rows) so 20/5=4.With the High School students I demonstrate by writing down. I prefer to teach in English and Sotho. I believe myself to be a fun teacher.
