I have passed the written examination of the CTCSOL (Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) and am currently applying for the interview stage. I also obtained the CELT-P (Certificate in English Language Teaching – Primary) while working at a school in Beijing. I have been an online tutor since 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching through Zoom and other video platforms. Some students from that period continue to learn with me and remain in contact. As my administrator once emphasized, teaching is only one part of the role; building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with students is equally important. I work with students from various platforms, such as Mandarin Tutor and Apprentus.
