About Alberto
I am a chef with more than 10 years working experience, I have experience been working for more than 2 years at Benares restaurant with Atul Kochhar and trained as chef in Italy at Alma which is the International Culinary School for Italian cuisine and at the University of West London where I studied a BSc of Culinary Arts Management.

My teaching method is mixed and involves mainly practice aspects combined with theoretical knowledge. Lessons time might differ from each one. Lessons are for everyone over 16 years old.
