About Natasha
Plan, implement and evaluate stimulation and diverse weekly relevant to the development needs of children attending the program, including those with additional or cultural needs.
Facilitate interactions between all children who attend the program through programming
Assist with the preparation of breakfast and Afternoon Tea being aware of healthy eating guidelines and children with allergies
Ensure all information relating to the health issues of any child is accurately documented
Encourage positive behavior within program
Document observations and incidents of individuals or groups of children for planning purposes
Create a safe and secure environment for the children attending
Develop and maintain a positive partnership with parents and guardians
Operate the program within the Quality Assurance, National Standards for Outside School hours Care guidelines and State and Territory Licensing requirements
Manage the overall budget associated with the successful running of the program
Completion of daily checklist relating to the successful running of the program
Communication and Liaison with key School Contacts
Supervise and support all staff members working at the program
Facilitation of 6-monthly staff appraisals with all staff working at your program in consultation with the Regional Manager
Liaise with Regional Manger regarding, and staffing/behavioral issues being experienced.

I have been working in Education now for 10 years, firstly while I was studying my Bachelor of Primary Education I was also working at World of Energy as Science Interpreter. I have now been a Program Coordinator at an Oshclub, educating and caring for children from Kindy to year 7. I am efficient in all subjects and I also have great skills in working with children with needs, and resilience education and also children with behavioral problems.
As an Educator I pride myself on my inclusive & harmonious learning environment. I have a great understanding of the diversity of students with respect to each child's individual skills and strengths. My past experiences & accomplishments have enabled me to facilitate each child’s skills & knowledge which encourages & motivates student learning. As an educator I demonstrate initiative & approaches teaching with energy and enthusiasm. I have a very positive & patient disposition with children. At the same time, I have a very bubbly personality and I am very easy to talk to as being resilient has helped me to overcome anything.
In my current position as a Program Coordinator I am responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating a diverse program relevant to the developmental needs of children including those with additional needs. Furthermore, I have completed 3 years of my BED Primary Education at Murdoch University, at the same time, I was working as a Science Interpreter for World of Energy to children 1-6k.
Furthermore, I have Excellent Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and relate to people on all levels. I have well-developed written and oral skills & can adapt to change and work under pressure in a demanding situation. Equally I am able to work proactively, autonomously and plan accordingly in setting and meeting goals and objectively.
I believe working with children is where my strengths and skills are best utilised as I have a great enjoyment seeing a child light up when they have learnt something new, or I have made them smile because there happy to be learning with and by me.
