About Marvin
I am a fourth year student Business Administration at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. In addition, during my minor, I obtained the Pre-Master's certificate at the University of Amsterdam. This applies as a ticket to be able to do a Master's Degree in Leadership at the UvA. Leadership has close ties with HRM and Business Administration.

I work in a personal and structured way. The personal aspect comes from the idea that the student and I are equal and I like to respond to the personal wishes of the student. The structure is created by making a planning with the student during the first lesson, so that intermediate goals can be set.

Details
My first lesson is for free. The reason that i am doing this is because I not only think it's important that I have a good feeling during the lessons. The most important thing is that the student has a good feeling with me. The formal side of the story is about the cancellation policy. This means that, when the student is cancelling after 24 hours before the lesson, I ask the full price of the planned session. The simple reason for doing this is, that I could have helped someone else during this missed hour.
