I am currently a health teacher for a middle school and really want to make an impact on not only my students but you as well. I truly do care about you and your overall health. Health is something I think we take for granted and there are a lot of different tips to live a healthier lifestyle.

I will talk all about nutrition, physical activity and the benefits, talk about the benefits of having a positive mindset, how to start healthy habits and also how to kick those unwanted habits.
