About Carlotta
I am completing my stage 1 training in health psychology, which focuses on the interaction between mental and physical health.
I have also studied in depth the effects of stress on a physiological, behavioural and emotional level, as well as some techniques to manage and reduce it.
I am also training in applying behaviour change techniques. I have been trained and assessed in Health coaching, which focuses on health-related behaviours and how to best maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The nature of what I am teaching is very subjective to individual who is seeking help with the subject. Therefore, the first step would be to get to know each other and discuss what the requirements of the student are and work from there.
Some people may want to focus on certain aspects rather than others, so communication on this is essential.
