About Kaiden
I lost over 220lbs and went from hating looking in the mirror by incorporating my functional fitness methods, and completely overhauling my relationship with myself. I found a passion in nutrition - not just in weight loss, but relief for issues and symptoms I have been struggling with my entire life. I exceeded my weight loss goals and was able to become a competitive athlete, found joy in hobbies in rock climbing and pole dancing. I found a passion in weight lifting and never would have seen myself as someone who is in the gym 6 days a week - and loving it! Not only did I change how I felt when I looked in the mirror - but I completely changed my life
I had tried it all - weight watchers, tracking calories, intuitive eating, going keto/vegetarian 75-Hard, all the supplements and medications, and every band-aid diet under the sun... and it all ended in failure. That's because just changing my physical consumption of food - was not the problem. I needed to completely overhaul my relationship with food, self image, "dieting" and myself to really integrate true change in my life. Following a cookie cutter diet was not going to change my circumstance.

I don't believe there is a 1-size-fits-all solution. No cookie cutter plan could ever take into account all the aspects that affect your health & fitness. My training method is based on functional fitness - I believe the most effective plan is the one you can actually do. You don't need to be willing to change everything, or make your goals the sole focus of your life. I help you to incorporate manageable changes into your life and routine, and give you a level of accountability to hit your goals - and the flexibility to modify the plan based on what is and isn't working for you
There is no one schedule that is followed, as I believe a cookie cutter plan is never going to get you anywhere. Each plan takes a look at diet and nutrition, fitness and activity, and self care and emotional wellbeing - which is typically over looked in most training and for me was the most imperative piece to change.
Your personalized curriculum will be crafted after an in-depth consultation where we go over your background, current lifestyle and routine, your habits and hobbies, typical diet and fitness routine. I take into account where you've been before, what did/didn't work, your mental and physical health, the areas of your life you are willing to modify (or not willing to change - and that is OK!) to hit your goals! Whether that be to be able to finally do a pull up, be able to do/improve in your sport, lose weight, gain muscle, or just try something new. Whether your goals are more about your mental health and self care, or you have a tangible goal you want to meet - I can get you there!
Frequency is based on each clients needs, but all of my training plans include

My services are based on monthly time-lines, and have varying degrees of intensity and involvement based on what works for you. Pricing per plan is based on intensity, involvement, and time-line. I do offer prepaid packages and discounts!
