About Sifon Dilósergio
I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, and have attended several bodybuilding trainer and training lessons online for approximately 17 years now. I am a bodybuilder myself with a bodybuilding experience of 15years and over hundreds of different work out experiences for you. I am presently training 10 private clients and have successfully trained 46 outstanding body builders in my professional career as a trainer. And I work as a part time trainer at Ultrafit gym center, uyo. Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria. So...... hook up and get the best out of my wealth of experience in bodybuilding and muscle growth, mechanics of muscle movements in exercises, correct forms and postures for safe exercise movements execution.

I am a bodybuilding trainer, and my lessons will be for the upcoming bodybuilders, Wight loss trainees, physical fitness trainees and athletes.
Lessons will be given in arcoordance with the world standards and steps of engagement in bodybuilding and fitness training. From the fundamentals of muscle building, to the theory, nutrition and suppliments, exercise, rest and recovery.
The methods of instructions will be online and through one on one or group training were the location is accessible. ("Health is wealth")
