Hello, i'm Alex and i'm an italian guy who just moved in Dallas. I grew up in Tuscany but my granparents are from south of Italy and my mom is from the north so i've learnt almost all of our recipes.

About Alessandro
Since i was a child my mom thought me how to cook, she always told me that even if one day i would have found a girl who can cook i would still had to know how to do that cause cooking is the italian art. When i moved herei brought with me that, i'm not the one who tells you how to cook spaghetti with meatballs cause that's not even an italian dish but i can teach you how to prepare the Vitel tonnè or the Tuscan Ragù. For sure you're gonna cook as well as an italian after my lessons and i can bet on that.

Cooking is an art based on selfless, you have to be selfless if you wanna cook well cause when you're cooking you do it always for someone else so my technique is tell and show you how we do in italy but i'll keep an open space in all the recipes for your touch, you need to know the original but you also have to be able to make a your version. So we'll start from your best dish and we'll see where the taste brings us.
