About Amritha
I am a certified Hatha Yoga instructor with a Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training. I teach traditional Hatha yoga with a focus on correct alignment, breathing, and relaxation. My classes are slow, safe, and suitable for beginners, working professionals, and seniors.
I believe yoga should be simple, accessible, and beneficial for daily life. My sessions include asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques to improve flexibility, strength, posture, and mental calmness. Each class is adapted to the student’s age, body condition, and fitness level.
I offer online yoga classes in a calm and supportive environment, with personal attention to help students practice safely and confidently. A free trial class is available for new students
