About Luka
I have years of experience and dedication to complicated mathematics. In the summer before my Sophomore year, I took a precalculus course and skipped a year in order to take Calculus. A year ago, I took Multivariable calculus, solidifying my understanding of complicated and multifaceted situations, and gave me the tools to model and find intuitive explanations behind problems. Additionally, I have taken abstract classes such as Knot Theory and Abstract Algebra, which gave me a higher level understanding in fields such as group theory and hyperbolic geometry. Finally, I have experience in Philosophy, which helps me phrase complicated ideas in a simple and understandable way.

I will work closely with students, helping them figure out the problem on their own. I will help students gain confidence in the field, and gain intuition for the subject, allowing them to approach future problems with previous experience and knowledge that will give them the first handhold to solving it. I will go through homework assignments and give out practice problems, though the focus of my lessons will be talking and explaining the process behind problem solving.
