About Derick
Tutoring should be based on the fundamental basic principals and rules of grammar and English literary writing. However, it also requires a simultaneous flexibility designed with a student centered approach which focuses primarily on the strengths, weakness, understanding, and overall goals of the tutee. My approach to tutoring prescribes to the foundation of basic grammar rules of the English language, while prioritizing the individual learning strategies best suited for each tutee.
