About Ayoka
I have always loved mathematics and was top of my class in school. I started teaching my family and friends when they needed it and that quickly turned into a job. Over the past eight years I have tutored fifty students and watched many of them graduate too. I am currently studying to be a doctor and am in my last year of university. I hope to eventually go into a teaching role in medicine. Outside of work and study I am passionate about travel and have been to thirty two countries. My love for meeting new people and experiencing different cultures has also helped me to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. I would love to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are looking to pass your exams, aiming for outstanding grades or to simply feel more confident in class, I am here to guide you every step of the way. I believe in building strong, supportive relationships with my students, which allows me to tailor lessons specifically to your needs. I currently work from my home in Australia and teach students in person, so I am excited to expand my scope with online tutoring. I teach students from grade one to twelve here and focus on mathematics for those in higher grades. If you are in lower grades I can help with other subjects as well. I understand how challenging it can be to keep up in a large class setting. Sometimes when a lesson is not explained in a way that resonates with you it is easy to fall behind. That is where I come in! My goal is to create a comfortable, fun and personal tutoring experience that makes learning mathematics not only easier but enjoyable. I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit individual needs. Whether it is mastering foundational concepts or tackling more complex topics, I work closely with students to break down challenging theories into digestible steps. I am committed to making learning a fun and rewarding experience and am always looking for new ways to keep my students engaged and motivated.
