About Emma
I started teaching because I wanted to help bridge the gap caused by COVID. Since then, it has been a pleasure seeing how my students have not only achieved their desired grades, but actually grown in confidence. Every one of my students has made amazing progress which fills me with a sense of pride and fulfilment. I love teaching and I want to help as many people as possible!

You tell me what maths topic you want some support with, and we go through it together from the beginning really slowly, building up confidence until you can answer challenging questions independently and accurately. Lessons are interactive and fun, while still being very effective and supportive.
Lessons are usually an hour long, though this can be adapted depending on the person. I also deliver a detailed lesson report after which is helpful for seeing progress! I have 3 years experience as a maths tutor and all of my previous students have achieved higher than their target grades which makes me incredibly proud!
