i am having one year of teaching experience what i actually observed is that the teacher is one who can make the class session interactive i have mainly deal with junior students from class 1 to 10 and would love to go for them only in-spite of being an engineer i have given special attention towards subject of social science which include all three and math and even English i mainly want to take classes of students 1 to 10 in subject like biology, civics, history, geography,English and math what mainly i do as teacher is i use to take test alternatively because when you say students that a test will be taken at the end of session the students will listen lecture more nicely
