About Ioana
I have more than 10 years' experience working in one of the busiest hospitals in London. I have started from 0 and I have managed to become a senior nurse in A/E. After a few years I wanted to be more independent and I started to work as a Custody Nurse Practitioner.
I have experience in working with people with complex care needs and patients who need mental health support.
I can support nursing students to prepare for clinical placements, developing confidence in clinical practice or just understanding the transition from theory to real life nursing
