About Jung
My name is Jung, but I go by J! I recently graduated from Boston College and have a number of years of experience in tutoring students of all ages. I am passionate about teaching and all aspects of education and am keen to see my students achieve their full potential. I want my students to have fun while learning so it's important to me that we have a friendly relationship in order to make the sessions engaging!

My experience working as a private tutor and a tutor at Mathnasium has taught me to:
-Mentor students on individual and small group basis to reinforce learning concepts, help complete assignments, and improve performance
-Utilize a variety of teaching methods including group discussions and games
-Employ assessment tools and proactive strategies to improve instruction methods
My approach to tutoring is that I tailor my tuition to the needs of the student. I will tutor in my own home or that of the student. I will vary my style depending on the ability and needs of the student. I aim to run my tuition in support of the progression of my students through their subject syllabus, but I am also willing to progress more slowly and focus on particularly weak areas if the student so desires.
