About Rachel
I am currently in my second year studying maths, I achieved a first for my first year. I got an A* at A level in maths and further maths, as well as an A in physics. I achieved an A* in maths, further maths, English, physics, chemistry, biology, history, music and German at GCSE and can tutor maths and further maths at A level and any of the subjects above at GCSE. I also have experience in tutoring primary school children for common entrance, which include maths, non-verbal and verbal reasoning.

I am enthusiastic about all my subjects and I hope to pass that along to anyone I tutor.
In general, lessons start with quick practice of the previous lesson's work. Then we spend the majority of the lesson working on new content that either the tutee has flagged up or that I think we should work on. I use a wide range of resources to appeal to all learning types. We finish off with any homework, and a summary of the lesson.
I have tutored 2 students for common entrance exams, to get into Eton and both were successful. I have tutored a number of other primary, and secondary age children in maths and English. I have been tutoring for about 2 years and have had a lot of success with my tutees.
