About Joseph
I am Joseph Olawuyi, a Transformation Coach, Public Speaker and Marketing Consultant.
This is the first time in the history of Mankind, when the adverse effects of poor leadership (e.g bad governance, bad parenting, terrible brothers/sisters, toxic friendship, abusive husband, nagging wife, fake clerics, etc.) tell on every life and business, which makes the cry for quality leadership to be very loud on every tongue. The rot in our society now demands everyone to have a change of mindset, which can only be guaranteed through a new system of education - a transformational education system; the only proven method for breeding exemplary leadership.
However, the present orthodox education system (despite taking majority of our resources, time and attention), has not been able to bring out of us the best characters needed for developing right mindset and values, necessary for becoming exemplary leaders. For example, this education system teaches us from childhood to be smart and competitive, and as a result, now as adults, we take pride in individual achievements, outsmarting one another, and competing to be better than one another. We judge ourselves with the spectacles of our competitors and contemporaries. We live from the outward. In fact, our lifestyle, even our systems of government, economy, etc., are built on the mindset of competition and comparism, and we can all see the resultant effects in the society which are poverty, purposeless governance, divorce, terrorism, racism, discrimination, selfishness, greediness, accumulation and hoarding, etc.
As a result, all areas of our lives - Health, Marriage, Politics, Government, Education, Religion, Culture, Economy, Business, etc., now require a better form of education that will reshape our mindset, instill in us understanding of choosing wisdom (instead of smartness), and collaboration (not competition), investing (not hoarding), and giving (above accumulation), for us to develop characters needed for building quality leadership, as this is necessary to get rid of every form and effect of wrong mindset (education) in our generation.
For instance, to completely eradicate (or at least reduce the rate of) divorce, bad parenting, child abuse, and domestic violence, and to reform the institution of Marriage, then many (current and prospective) players in the institution of Marriage (husbands, wives, children, adults, couples, etc) need transformed mindset, hence the dire need of transformational education system.
Also, to end poverty and poor governance, many current and prospective players in the field of governance need to have a change of mindset. A new form of education that can inculcate in them right thinking, discipline, and vision.
If this kind of education is also extended to sectors like Banking, Health, Security, Education, and all areas of life, you can imagine how great our world will look like.
Certainly, our world will attain its full greatness if more people can pass through transformational education system, the only proven vehicle that can turn ordinary people to exemplary leaders - Role Models. Leaders, whose culture (lifestyle, characters, value, and principles) have attained consistent demonstration of lasting success/fulfillment in their chosen field/niche. They are the people with exemplary characters, grit, passion, and vision. These are necessary to give direction to this dark world.
Sharing their (Role Models) experiences, stories and testimonies on how their lives are transformed, will go a long way in fixing and transforming many struggling lives, marriages, businesses, relationships, and/or careers.
To this end, I am well convinced that having a community of Role Models from among all the people of the world will help reform this planet, and help many other people to understand, activate and deploy their full potentials towards becoming the best they can in their chosen fields.
This is the kind of revival our world needs right now.
While growing up, I went through a lot of issues, ranging from poverty to rejections. I suffered a lot of discrimination fromthose who were supposed to be my shield. As a result, I lost my true self. I lost my confidence. I became fearful, unable to express myself in public. Also, my business was gone, my marriage was on the brink of total collapse, I got lost in my destiny. I became so poor, rejected, lonely, and depressed.
To cut this long story short, I met a transformative coach who helped in reshaping my mindset. I was reformed. By so doing, I was able to regain my true self, and became very confident. My marriage was fixed. Since then, I have successfully built two multi-million businesses.
Hence, my desire to become a transformational Coach platform, who will guide Novices (like I used to be) to become Experts, and Experts to become Role Model. It is borne out of my sincere desire to help as many people as possible who are still struggling with what I used to struggle with, to understand and to activate their potentials, and to transform their lives forever.

My METHODOLOGY:
I try to show as many people as possible (via a variety of products, programs, courses, lectures, books, presentations, seminars, classes, workshops, and mentorship) how to identify and pursue their specific assignment/calling/niche, using the model of the CULTURE of IDENTITY which is the ONLY proven guaranteed method of obtaining lasting success in life, marriage, relationship, businesses, or career.
WHO ARE NOVICES?
I regard people or businessmen as Novices if:
They are yet to identify their true selves.
They are yet to identify their true purpose/assignment/niche.
They are yet to identify their true Talents/Resources/Potentials
They are yet to identify their true audience/customers/clients.
They are yet to identify their due time and season.
They are yet to identify what the future holds.
Examples of Novices:
Individuals who are struggling to find their purpose in life.
People who feel that they are missing out on something.
Corporate bodies who are struggling to achieve their goals.
Individuals who are seeking a career change.
People who are seeking a lifestyle change.
People who are overwhelmed with personal problems.
Singles who desire awesome marriage.
Couples whose marriages are on the brink.
Students who are trying to do better in school.
Couples who are trying to strengthen their marriage.
Entrepreneurs who want to grow their company.
Individuals who are seeking to become awesome parents.
Individuals who want to be successful in their works or careers.
People who are seeking to make more money legitimately.
People who desire sound health.
Students who are seeking to make a right course of study.
Those who desire to rule the world but don't know how.
They that seek to transform the world, but need help.
Individuals who wish to leave a legacy for the future.
These are people who are yet to fully identify or activate their potentials in their lives, marriage, relationship, career, and/or business.
WHO ARE THE EXPERTS?
People or businessmen are regarded as Experts if they were once Novices, but having gone through transformational education, have now identified their calling/niche/potentials, and are activating, and deploying daily their energy, focus, attention, resources at becoming a better version of themselves, and working towards completely transforming their lives, marriage, relationship, career, and/or business.
They understand the necessary challenges they must face on the journey of transformation, but also understand better that their potentials carry abilities to overcome every obstacle, and that their conviction is strong enough to achieve their ambition.
WHO ARE ROLE MODELS?
Visionary Experts who have fully identified and activated their potentials in their lives, marriage, relationship, career, and/or business, yet feel like doing more for their generation, and generations to come. They remember who they used to be (Novices), and passionately feel concerned for those who may still be in such a sorry state of life (Novices). So they make a genuine decision to help as many Novices (in their niche) as possible, through their own experiences, trainings and testimonies.
They make this bold decision their life ambition, and then transforming many lives, and building a successful business out of this ambition.
Ultimately, whenever someone becomes a role model, his/her life ambition becomes helping more people (in his niche) to become role models, and this is my vision as a Transformation Coach, until a community of Role Models is birthed among all the Nations of the world.
THE PROMISE:
Embracing transformation education (which has proved to be the secret to achieving everything people ever wanted), will transform your life. The impact it can have on your business, marriage, family, health, relationship, career, and many more, is immeasurable.
To cap it all, I have made a lasting convenant with my Maker that ignorance, poverty, divorce, domestic violence, bad governance, suicide, murder, crime, terrorism, racism, discrimination, unemployment/underemployment, and other social vices will be significantly reduced (if not completely eradicated) in my lifetime, and by buiding a community of Role Models, generations to come will be rid of any form of corruption.
