About Eric
Meet Eric. Having been a personal trainer for the last 5 years I have been able to help people get stronger and fitter. With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have developed a reputation for providing a personalised approach to training and I have been able to motivate a lot of people to reach their full potential. My fitness journey began at university where I struggled with maximising my sporting abilities. Determined to make a change, I began studying exercise science and nutrition and quickly discovered a love for helping others transform their bodies and lives. After completing my master's degree, I earned my certification as a personal trainer. Since then, I have worked with clients of all ages, sizes and fitness levels, from beginners to competitive athletes both at commercial gyms and through online mediums. My training style is focused on building a foundation of strength and functional movement, while also incorporating a high-intensity interval training style of workout to help clients burn fat and build lean muscle. I am skilled in various training modalities, including weight lifting, bodyweight exercises, and yoga. In addition to my training expertise, I am passionate about nutrition and helping clients develop healthy eating habits to support their fitness goals. I understand that a well-rounded approach to fitness is key to long-term success, and I work closely with clients to create customised workouts and nutrition plans that fit their unique needs and lifestyle. With my guidance and support, clients have achieved impressive results, from losing weight and building muscle to improving their overall health and well-being. I take pride in seeing my clients achieve their goals and I am dedicated to helping everyone I come across to become the best version of themselves.

I teach people proper techniques for preventing injuries during exercise. I focus on teaching correct forms and techniques that can help my clients avoid unnecessary strain and damage to their muscles and joints. My lessons are appropriate for people at all levels and from different sport backgrounds. My speciality however lies in Basketball

I definitely would recommend, Eric is very personable and has shown deep knowledge of nutritional information and anatomy. He knows what works and what doesn’t and is very focused on sustainable results which is key in this current world with its fixation on a quick fix. He has been able to build routines that are varied and is always willing to experiment to try new things and adapts if these changes don’t work out. He has done well to take into consideration my specific requirements and needs. He makes good use of the technology available and is able to share information and advice and recommend exercises and eating advice outside of the gym.
