With over 30 years in the health and fitness industry, I combine science-based lifestyle medicine with a deeply personal approach. As a certified Hippocrates Wellness Lifestyle Medicine Coach and Raw Living Food Chef, I guide clients to achieve balance, energy, and lasting wellbeing through simple, natural changes that truly work. My online coaching focuses on nutrition, stress reduction, movement, sleep, and mindset—the real foundations of health. I don’t believe in diets, quick fixes, or restriction. Instead, I help you create enjoyable habits that support your body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. Each session is tailored to you—your lifestyle, your challenges, and your goals.
