Do you want to cancel an already scheduled lesson? Go to your lesson page.
- Click on the scheduled lesson (3 small dots will appear in the computer version)
- Click on cancel lesson
- Before confirming your cancellation, the refund amount will be indicated according to the tutor's cancellation policy
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the lesson, you will be fully refunded.
If you exceed this deadline, the tutor's cancellation policy comes into play. You will then have to pay all or part of the lesson.
If you confirm the cancellation, the tutor will be notified.
