Lesson / pack payment deadlines

Have you scheduled a lesson or a pack on the platform? Here is a tile frame for payments:

Payments for your lessons:

• 24 hours after the date of the lesson: you will receive the amount on your balance


• 3 working days after the date of the lesson: you will receive the amount on your balance

Payment timeframe for your packs
As soon as the pack is validated, your student makes their payment in full.
The first part of the payment (50%) is visible on your balance and transferred to your bank or Paypal account within 3 working days.
To receive the second part, program all the hours of the pack via the platform.
