Have you scheduled a lesson or a pack on the platform? Here is a time frame for payments:
Payments for your lessons:
- 24 hours after the date of the lesson: you will receive the amount on your balance
- 3 working days after the date of the lesson: you will receive the amount on your balance
Payment timeframe for your packs
- As soon as the pack is validated, your student makes their payment in full.
- The first instalment (50%) is transferred to your Superprof balance once the first lesson has been completed and validated in our system. The amount is then transferred to your Paypal account within 3 working days.
- To receive the second instalment, you need to program and complete all the remaining hours of the pack via the Superprof lesson booking platform.
If you are an Ambassador, 100% of the pack payment will be visible on your balance as soon as the first lesson is completed, then within 3 working days it will be transferred to your Paypal account.
