About A
I have a Bachelor's of Science. I used to be a teacher for 6.5 years, in which I worked with students of all ages, helping them to learn both about school subjects and about themselves. I was trained in both stress de-escalation and emotional de-escalation, in regard to students, in the classroom. I was trained in behavioral observational skills by my father, who is ex-military intelligence. Lessons with me, are catered to each individual student and are for all ages.

In my lessons, you will learn breathing techniques to release stress/anxiety. I will walk you through guided meditations. There will also be art therapy involved to help express emotions and aid in relaxing the mind. I will give assignments, with thought provoking lessons, to assist you in better understanding your thoughts and feelings.
