I wholeheartedly recommend Mahesh as a fitness trainer. After a few months’ hiatus, he played a pivotal role in reigniting my fitness journey. His favorite phrases—like “The body needs dopamine, so let’s give it the highest form of it,” and “Destroy the body in order to survive” still stay with me.
