My teaching approach is person-centred, meaning I adapt every lesson to suit the individual student’s needs, pace, and learning style. I focus on building a strong foundation of understanding by breaking down complex biological concepts into clear, manageable parts, often linking them to real-world clinical examples from my experience as a Radiation Therapist. I encourage active participation, questions, and critical thinking to spark curiosity, while creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and growing in confidence. My goal is not just exam success, but helping students develop lasting understanding and a genuine interest in science.
