- Firstly, I'm interested in knowing my pupil. Understand their strength and weakness. Coach them through it and make them feel comfortable to share if any difficulty, with the understanding that if there's a problem, definitely there's a solution.

- Started Teaching 2006 before my admission to the University, and have been doing that still during my school breaks. I recently continue with that after I left my Engineering Job.
