Everyone here I am sharing my own journey to motivate you guys, I am a physically challenged person since childhood and I have gone through so much but then I started working out and transformed my life into a better and healthy one, so I am here to help people out there who want to lose weight or build muscle become the best out of them and transform their life.

We do train for 4-5 sessions a week depending on the goal we put, we should focus on strength training along with cardio and other HIIT O programs which will be designed by me. You will be given a diet plan according to your BMR (basal metabolic rate) and follow-up accordingly through your progress.
