About Felicity
I have studied psychology and have done a lot of research on well-being and health specialising in CBT therapy. I have pre-made templates to aid in preventing self-doubt, procrastination and stress.
My latest project was an experiment on whether I can incorporate CBT-based self-soothing methods into a young adult fantasy novel.

My teaching method is to have the student discuss how they are currently feeling about the subject that I have brought up and to build it up from there. I may also provide planning worksheets for them to fill out
