I have had the absolute privilege of being trained by Risu, an incredibly gifted and dedicated yoga teacher based in India, over the past two months through online sessions while I reside in Australia. Despite the geographical distance, Risu’s teaching has transcended borders and time zones, making every session feel personal, purposeful, and profoundly grounding.
