About Drew
I’m a high school student who has always done well in math and science and enjoys helping other students with subjects they are struggling with. I have experience tutoring math and have taken advanced math and science classes, including AP-level courses. Outside of school, I play varsity lacrosse, volunteer in my community, and started a Stock Market Club at my school. I’m responsible, patient, and easy to work with, and I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and getting help when they need it.

I try to keep tutoring simple and explain things in a way that actually makes sense. If someone is confused, I’ll go through it step by step and try explaining it a different way instead of just repeating the same thing.
Usually, I’ll start by seeing what the student is working on and what they need help with. We can go through some problems together, and then I’ll have them try a few on their own to make sure they understand it. I can also help with homework, studying for a test or quiz, or just getting better at a certain topic.
Since I’m a high school student too, I know what it’s like to learn this stuff in class and can explain it in a more relatable way. I have experience tutoring math and have taken advanced math and science classes. I tutor elementary, middle, and underclassmen high school students in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and chemistry.
